Koteitsoo Ashie-Kotei

Koteitsoo was called to the bar in 2022 after completing the post-call programme at the Ghana School of Law. She completed her LLB at the University of Salford and pursued the LPC LLM specialising in business and law at the University of Law in Manchester. 

Her areas of focus are corporate and commercial law. She also has a keen interest in new regulations developing around emerging technologies. She has experience in advising on employment disputes, completing due diligence checks and assisting international companies starting up in Ghana. She has also worked on merger and acquisition transactions and matters related to intellectual property.
