Kwabena Asante-Offei

Kwabena received his Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B Hons. Degree) from the University of Ghana, Legon and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2014.

Kwabena has experience in bespoke transactions, structuring and providing legal advice on issues arising out of complex financial modelling. His expertise covers reviewing and drafting of contracts, advising on best approach and processes for transactions in the capital markets.  He has significant experience in conducting legal due diligence and has been described as “patiently detailed” in his approach.

Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as an associate at Bentsi-Enchiil, Letsa & Ankomah, an Accra based law firm, where he specialised in transactions relating to financial corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities. Kwabena also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc. Degree) in Pharmacy and has worked as the Executive Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Ghana, as well as the West African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association.  In these associations, Kwabena’s main role has been to advise on healthcare regulatory compliance in which he has extensive and practical experience.  The resultant effect is his deep understanding of the healthcare business in Ghana and in-depth knowledge of the laws, regulations, guidelines and policies relating to the healthcare industry in Ghana and West Africa.
